What We Accept

Damaged on arrival

Bottles that arrive broken, cracked, or with a compromised seal.

Incorrect item

You received a different product or variant from what you ordered.

Missing items

Part of your order was not included in the delivery.

Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or partially consumed bottles

Products returned without original packaging

Orders claimed outside the 48-hour reporting window

Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

How to Return

Report within 48 hours

Inspect your order on arrival. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Email with evidence

Send your order reference and photos of the issue to orders@quenchbeverages.co.

We review and respond

Our team will review within 2 business days and confirm whether a return or refund is approved.

Refund or replacement

Approved claims are resolved by refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment — your choice.
